About us
The need for humanitarian assistance is very high in parts of Ukraine. We are present in the places where the need for help is greatest. We make sure that the donations actually reach those most in need.

OperationChange is an independent charity working in Sweden, Poland and Ukraine - for Ukraine.
We work professionally and are run by volunteers. We build our activities on local actors and cooperation with institutions, organizations and companies. Grassroots initiatives in different locations around Sweden play an important role in raising awareness and mobilizing support.
Our history
OperationChange was formed in the spring of 2023, but our story began in the days after February 24, 2022, when Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
A few Swedes independently went down to help with the humanitarian situation on the border between Ukraine and Poland. After continuing the humanitarian work in Ukraine, some of these people formed OperationChange.
The people behind
OperationChange was formed by 10 people with extensive experience in humanitarian work within the organization OperationAid.
